AN ICONIC PHOTOGRAPH

V-J IN TIMES SQUARE is a photograph by Alfred Eisenstaedt that portrays a U.S. Navy sailor grabbing and kissing a woman in a white dress, on Victory over Japan Day (V-J Day) in New York City's, Times Square on 14 August in 1945. The author was photographing a spontaneous event: the end of the World War II.

Apart from the protagonists we can see big buildings and people walking down the street. The photo is in black and white and it is very spontaneous. Of course it is romantic, there is a kiss in the image. This iconic picture is natural and peaceful.

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

When it starts a new year I think about what I will want to do in my year. I always try to achieve my resolutions and for 2019 are these:



· Eat healthily


· Do more exercise


· Meet new people


· Travel to different places


· Read more


· Go out to party


· Strengthen the family relationship


· Organize my time


· Start saving


· Wake up in a good mood

ANIMAL IN ME

My result of the quiz "Animal in you" is: I am a rooster.

Characteristics:

• Original: I think that I'm not a very original person and in situations when I have to draw or write something is difficult for me.

• Fashionable: I love whole the world of clothes and to have my style.
  

• Perfectionist: I agree with this because I like to do all the things very well and perfect. I hate the mistakes.  
  

Careers:

Broadcaster: I think that it is a good career because I like the radio and the television and I'm not ashamed to appear in the TV.

Insurance agent: This work could be good for me but I don't know if I would enjoy it.

Medical: I disagree with this because I don't like biology neither see a lot of blood. Medical isn't a career for me.

Actor: I love films and series, one of my biggest film is meet an actor and if it is possible work in the world of cinema.

Editor: I have not thought about this option and I don't like it. I do not see myself editing a photo or a book. 

Journalist: It is a good idea because I can travel around the world and report everything that happens, I like it.

Hobbies: 

Eating out: Frequently I go to eat out, in a restaurant with my family because my parents love to go out and I like it too.

Socializing: I'm not a very very social person but I like to have my friends and to be friendly with other people.

Shopping: I love to go shopping with my mum or my friend and go to places like Andorra or La Roca.

Music: Music is one of my favorite hobbies, I listen to music every day and I enjoy it very much.
